Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 May 2026
Introduction
Welcome to We Are Limbitless (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.wearelimbitless.com (the “Site”), our membership services, community forum, live calls, events, and all related content and features (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing our Site, registering as a member, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Our Service is designed exclusively for people affected by limb loss or limb difference, and for those who support our mission of empowerment, belonging, and connection.
1. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must be:
-
Aged 18 years or older;
-
Registering with accurate and complete information;
-
Using the Service only for personal, non‑commercial use in line with our mission.
By joining, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not offer our Service to minors, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used by anyone under 18.
2. Membership, Fees & Payments
2.1 Membership Tiers
We offer access to our Service via a paid membership:
-
Cost: £5.99 per month, or £39.99 per year (as displayed at checkout).
-
What is included: Access to The Tribe forum, Ask Paul, monthly live calls, support from Tribe Leaders, and discounted/VIP access to Together Events (from Q4 2026 onwards).
2.2 Payment Terms
-
All payments are processed securely via our authorised payment providers (integrated through Wix). We do not store your full payment card details.
-
Fees are payable in advance and are non‑refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in these Terms.
-
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
-
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future billing cycles, and will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any changes.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
-
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and confidential. You may not share your account access with others.
-
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
-
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
-
We reserve the right to disable any account if we believe these details are incorrect, out of date, or if security is compromised.
4. Community Rules, Respect & Acceptable Use
Our community is built on safety, trust, and mutual respect. We have zero tolerance for behaviour or content that harms, offends, or disrupts the space we have created.
You agree at all times to:
-
Communicate with kindness, empathy, and respect towards all members, Tribe Leaders, and our team. Disagreements are normal, but they must be discussed calmly and without personal attacks, insults, or aggression.
-
Not post, share, or send content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, threatening, sexualised, explicit, misleading, or illegal.
-
Not share personal information (yours or others’) including addresses, phone numbers, or financial details in public areas.
-
Not use the Service to advertise, promote products, or solicit other members for commercial purposes.
-
Not disrupt live calls, events, or discussions, or behave in a way that harms the community spirit.
-
Respect the privacy and rights of others — content shared within our private spaces remains confidential and must not be copied, recorded, or shared outside the community without explicit permission.
4.1 Inappropriate Questions or Conduct
This applies specifically to all areas of the Service, including the Ask Paul section, private messages, and live calls:
-
All questions, discussions, and communications must remain relevant, appropriate, and respectful. You may ask about personal experiences, practical advice, mindset, and related topics — but you must not ask questions that are intrusive, overly personal, sexual, offensive, discriminatory, or intended to cause discomfort or distress.
-
If you submit a question or make a comment that we (or our Tribe Leaders) consider inappropriate, offensive, irrelevant, or outside the respectful boundaries of our community:
-
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or not respond to your message or question without explanation.
-
We may issue a formal warning to you regarding your conduct.
-
If behaviour continues or is serious in nature, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your membership immediately, without refund.
-
-
We aim to be open and supportive, but we will always prioritise the safety and comfort of the community and our team.
4.2 Role of Tribe Leaders
Our Tribe Leaders are trusted members who help welcome people, guide discussions, and maintain a safe environment. They act on our behalf to support the community. You agree to follow their reasonable guidance and requests to uphold our standards. They are authorised to address inappropriate behaviour and report concerns directly to us. Tribe Leaders are volunteers and do not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
4.3 Content You Share
-
You retain ownership of the content you post, but by sharing it you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, host, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
-
We may remove any content or posts that violate these Terms or our guidelines, without notice.
-
We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or safety of content posted by members.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our Service — including text, graphics, logos, branding (We Are Limbitless, orange & white identity), videos, audio, software, and design — is the property of We Are Limbitless or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our branding or content without our prior written permission. You may not use our name or branding in connection with any other service, product, or organisation.
6. Live Calls & Together Events
6.1 Monthly Live Calls
-
Live calls are for members only. You agree not to record, capture, or share any part of the call, audio, or visuals outside the community.
-
Behaviour during calls must follow the same respectful standards as outlined above. Disruptive, rude, or inappropriate conduct during a live call will result in immediate removal from the session and may lead to membership termination.
-
We may record calls to make them available to members who cannot attend live — these recordings remain our property and are only accessible within the member area.
6.2 Together Events
-
From Q4 2026, we will host quarterly in‑person events. Separate booking terms will apply, including venue rules, health & safety, and liability provisions.
-
Member discounts and benefits are personal, non‑transferable, and subject to availability.
-
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events where necessary — in such cases, tickets will be refunded or re‑allocated, but we are not liable for additional costs incurred by you (e.g. travel).
-
The same rules of respect and appropriate conduct apply at all in‑person events. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour violates these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Professional Advice
-
Important: Our Service is a community and support space. Content, discussions, advice (including in Ask Paul), and comments shared by us, Tribe Leaders, or members are based on personal experience and opinion only.
-
Nothing within our Service constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Always seek qualified professional support for personal or health‑related decisions.
7.2 Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee it will be available 100% of the time. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or repairs, and we are not liable for temporary unavailability or technical issues.
7.3 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.
-
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
-
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Service immediately, without refund, if:
-
You breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines;
-
You post inappropriate content or ask inappropriate questions as outlined in Section 4.1;
-
We believe your use of the Service harms us, the community, or other members;
-
Required by law or regulation.
You may terminate your membership at any time as set out in Section 2.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but parts of these Terms which should survive (e.g. liability, intellectual property, content ownership) will remain in effect.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms or Service
We may update these Terms from time to time, or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
